Hi I have been plagued by sinus for years. I think it is because I live in North Queensland and it is very dusty up here. I have tried lots of things to get rid of it. My latest trial is some drops I got from a homeopath/naturopath to fight things like allergies to dust/pollens and animal dander. Has anyone had this sort of trouble? Have you cured it if you have? Have you tried homeopathy for anything, and if it worked how long didi it take?

Well i have an allergic rhinitis too, according to my doctor there is no medicine can cure allergy the only things we need to do is to avoid those things that may trigger your allergy, but all over the world there's a dust, and it can't be avoided, so what i do is i always taken up antihistamine before and after going to work.

Thanks bestcj - yes I know pepole that take antihistamine, I 'm trying to avoid them now because I would be having them all the time. If all else fails, I could go back to the if they work for you. It sounds like you have to take a lot though, do you know what the long term effects will be?

Yes its the best way to control your sinus problem. Try to avoid the triggering factors as far as possible. Anyways how are you doing here. Are you for fun or making money?

Hi vegegirl, I have sinusitis for many years. I just take anti-histamine and drink a plenty of water. When I do the house hold chores I wear mask so I couldn't inhale the dust. But before taking anti-histamine consult your doctor first. Haven't heard about homepathy. Sometimes when my medicine is not available I put some ointment on my head and massage my sinus, and take a bed rest and enough sleep. Some times this illness occur when you are out of stress, so take care and don't forget drinking at least 8 glass of water a day.

thanku mialei23, I'll try covering my face when I do the house work. Yes, I also try buring eucalyptus and tea tree oils and use a pressure point balm with lavendar and peppermint in it which I might put on my sinuses sometimes.
