suggestion for mylot.com team !!

hello everybody
i just started to use mylot.com exactly 1 day ago :) and i find a big problem hen i want to start a discussion, as a new member i can't copy/past, it's a good idea , i don't have anything against it, but i spent 20minutes typing and i add a html code, this also is restricted and i appreciate that :) good work, just one thing which got to my nerves, after i get the alert or notice (call it what you want to) :) my Text was Erased!!!!!!!!!!!
why you don't do a Draft for the Content the ne users Type!!? it's will be good, like that users will get bored or nerves if something happen...
Writing a text and take a time to think and post a good ideas... then a simple error or alert all go with the wind... it's really bad.

well that has happened to me too.. i really get irritated when it happens!!!
here is the funny part ... there is no problem if the post is small just say about 1 line but when you type a paragraph and then suddenly it disappears!! it really makes me boil!!!

If I'm ever posting a long reply, or starting a new discussion (on here, or on any of the other fora that I use), then I always make sure that I copy the text before hitting send.
Most fora will allow you to copy and paste the text in, but on MyLot you need to have 500 posts, which is mainly to stop spammers. If you copy the text into another document, then you just have to type it out again. This isn't really a problem for me, but I know some people who hate typing, and it takes them ages just to type a sentence!

Hi friend, you can cut and paste texts only after when you reach 500 posts. So go for it. There is one more privilege when you reach that milestone. You can comment on friends profile. Also when you reach 200 you can use mylot smilies. Keep in touch.

First of All!! Welcum pal to the new world of Exitement!!!
You are very right on this that it becomes a lil difficult to right all this and espessially if you have found a similar thing elsewere you are bound not to copy...
But I think this is right inorder to make mylot a safe place!!!
You know there are lot automated matchines on other communities that send you hyperlinks to viruses and stuff like that...
Thus to ensure that the person entering is a human...!!! this was inevitable...!!
Further more once a person gets to level of 500 points s/he is able to copy/paste as well....By this time other members of the comunity will have ensured that this person is reliable....!!!!
About the hyperlinks....Well I couldn't add them in the beginging but now I can

Thank you dude for the detailed answer, i really appreciate and i agree with you about the spam things, there is no doubt in that and they do a great work, i just ask them for a effort to make a Draft as i said above :) like that no wasting time and you share ya ideas with the community here without thinking : ohh if that gona happen like the other day , i will Break Down this computer for real!!! :)))))))
what i like here is not the earnings stuffs... there is a rules to upgrade and get more options to deal with, plus a nice people here and a great idea to share and get a knowledge as a plus ;) just this Alerts , guerrrrrrrrrr :) what to say lol
