And oh my God my 2 and a half years old son loves Barney so much!!!

My 2 and a half years old son loves to watch certain cartoon characters. Recently I found that he loves to watch Barney. He asks me to play the CD very often. He speaks about Barney all the time - when he wakes up, when he eats, when he goes to sleep. He questions me if Barney woke up, ate, slept..He tries to sing Barney songs or atleast sing a la.la.la. That is so nice to watch him - dance with Barney, singing with Barney and most importantly learn good manners through Barney songs. Do you know anybody like this - loving a character..any child or you yourself?

My girls liked Dora, my last somehow Diego and George although at first it was Elmo. It's like that with the little ones. They get easily fascinated with these types of characters and since the songs are repeated over and over again, it's no wonder they quickly try to imitate it;)
Oh, enjoy them while they are young. Soon enough it's older characters. I'm glad Hannah Montana and High School Musical passed our house although plenty of kids in my oldest class have been fans for at least two years (they are now 7!). It's crazy!

That is true.Children become easily fascinated by these characters. As they become older, the craze toward these characters also decreases. So I'm having fun and enjoyment with my son too. The characters also changes as they grow..Hope you are having a great time with your kids too.
