Casual job interviews?

Today I am "interviewing" for a job to teach children computer classes. The interview is super casual - at Starbucks. Have you ever went on a job "interview" like this before? What did you decide to wear? (I have a feeling that the person I am interviewing with is going to be wearing clacks & a polo). My only experience with this was when I was doing some web development work and I met a client at a coffee house. I dressed in slacks and a dress shirt.

This has never happened to me. Lol. But how I wish interviews could be this casual so that its less stressing for the person to be interviewed. Haha. Lmao.

Personally, I think it is more stressful. I don't know what to wear or how early to get there or if I should order something to drink or wait for her....ack

Dress smartly and fairly conservatively. Always try to dress a level above the position you are interviewing for as this shows respect for the interview process.Even in a more casual environment you need to appear professional.A pair of tailored slacks with a smart shirt should be fine in this instance. This happened to me once when I applied to work in a shop as a teenager. I wore smart cloths still, as I did not know we would be going to a coffee shop for the interview. I found the whole experience really strange. I felt like the casual situation was there to make me relax and say things I might not say in a more formal setting, but this just mae me more nervous as I thought it was a little tricksy.
