Have you ever been embarrased by your own discussion?

I'm feeling VERY stupid right now! I started a discussion about McCain and his rally getting ready to announce his VP and my questions at the end were totally DUMB (and I wonder why it got no responses )! The fact is I was reading two different articles at the same time and thought I was writing about the other. If you read it you will laugh your AXX off as I did after I read it. Have you ever experienced this when writing a discussion? Do you sometimes wonder where your mind is when you are logged onto mylot? I do and very often!!!

I can't say that I've ever been embarrassed by one of my discussions, ctry, rather, I have later felt that perhaps I revealed too much of myself to others. I believe that we can become so comfortable with some of the friends we have made here that we sometimes forget that there are some things we should not air publicly.

I have done mistakes but did not get embarrassed by others. In one of my discussions i mistaken nephew for niece. And thanks to the mylotters they corrected my mistake. They did not let me feel embarrassed.
