How do you stay motivated?

Most of the time I am quite motivated to do everything that I need to. I could be more motivated to clean, but I get what I need to done. I am usually very motivated to make money online. Hopefully once my sisters go back to school I can start cleaning the house more, I don't like cleaning when everyone is here because I don't like it and everyone just makes messes five minutes after I have done cleaned.
It seems like for the past week I haven't really been motivated to do either one. There are things that I want, and I know that my mother needs help with money right now for the bills and such but I just can't get motivated. I am still trying to earn money, I am just not as motivated as I usually am. I used to spend at least a couple of hours a day making money online, I would do all of my cleaning.
Now for the past week it seems like I have just been goofing off online and leaving my cleaning to the last minute and just doing the cleaning that I have to do.
I think that we all have days where we are not motivated and perhaps lazy but what about weeks?
How do you stay motivated? It doesn't matter with what you are staying motivated to do, whether it is losing weight, cleaning, cooking, making money or anything else. How do you do it?

HI o2,
For my routine such as cleaning etc, I don't have motivation sometimes but I need to do it..lol! I can't concentrate working if the place is messy, scattered and unarranged so those things will help me start moving and working on it!
About my online addiction, I am motivated because I always have plan every month, like a gift to my Parents, Sister or Husband, so, even if I am tired I will just do it but of course with a few minutes of taking a break!

Learn how to focus. When I'm feeling I have 2 or more things on my mind but couldn't make up mind which to do first. I sit first on a chair and think which has the most urgency. Then I will find myself doing more and more until I've done all what am supposed to do. But of course, do not take things which you think you cannot do in a time frame that you are allowed to do it.
I always say this to my staff: 'We need not do overtime if we focus our work that we can do it within the 8-hour assigned time of work.' It's my motivation on how to do things at my own space, my own pace and at my own time.

I think we all need a break sometimes, whether it's for a day or a week or a month. One thing, though... are you feeling well? I find that when I'm tired or feel overwhelmed by things, I don't want to work. When that happens, I just shut things down and do nothing - maybe read a book or take a nap or several naps (and sometime several books!)
