and it's VERY simple!! I had it at a washer tornament, and if you haven't heard of Washers, well it's an east coaster game very similar to horseshoes, and is it EVER addictive!! Anywho, it was kind of a big family gathering, long weekend, we drove out for 2 and a half hours to go play this, it's that fun! So we created a bit of a potluck. One of these dishes consisted of Cream of mushroom soup, with chunks of boneless chiken mixed in it, take a big serving spoon, and put in on a hamburger bun and viola!! num nums! You of course bake the chicken BEFORE putting it in the cream of mushroom soup, OR you can also put it in a slow cooker. But wow, if you've never tried that, or you're looking for other supper ideas, oh yum! Add some veggies too that you'd think would be good!
