its my birthday on wednesday

well happy birthday.I am 18 so do not know what kind of advice I could give you I think someyime I hard someone say "your only as old as you feel" so I think if you are still abel to walk with no help you are still young so have fun and do not dwell on a number it is just a number and 31 is not old.

first of all, advance happy birthday to you! what advice do you specifically need about? are you still single or already married? if you still are single, then try to come out of your shell, go meet some prospects around. that is if you want to establish your own family in the future. you are already at the right age to get married and plan ahead. don't let time be wasted unless you are contented to grow old all by your self. however, there is also this so called "single blessednes" which is applicable to those who don'l want to marry at all. for your birthday, i wish you'll be able to celebrate it best. more blessings and more happiness to you!
