Paypal Verification-India Debit card

Helloooo I am trying to verify my paypal account.But they are asking for a credit card.But i dont have one.So i am trying to do it with a debit card with visa enabled.I tried a lot of Debit card,but paypal is not accepting them.I dont know why. Can some one tell me which Babks debit card can be used for this purpose, if i am from India? Thanks all in advance.

Paypal does accept Debit. Are you sure the Debit card you are using is already activated?

but paypal says they do accept ebit cards, if they have visa emblem. Yes my debit ard is activated.

It's Accept only US debit cards, so plz trying to register your debit card, It will not accept it.
