A U.K. woman adopted a kitten who fell in love with her significant other and everything went normally until she got her love muffin home.

The cat had four ears.

That's right, four. Yoda was a twin embryo that ended up not quite one and definitely not two, just one with an extra bit... That bit is an extra pair of ear flaps. They always say, two are better than one...

Yoda looks weird. I would have adopted him. It is funny and freaky. I wonder if the cat can move the extra set of ears? It doesn't look like he would be able to hear out of them. But it might increase his hearing ability.

I don't think the ears are functional. They are just tufts.

I know that it is just extra skin. However they are shaped like ears. So I am guessing they would catch vibrations. Instead of going through an ear canal they would cause the other ears as well as the skull to vibrate. Therefore altering the cat's hearing.

I saw that picture last night! How cute is that little one? It just reminds me that even creatures with abnormalities are still precious. It is a pity that humans don't always respond to other humans with abnormalities like they do with animals. I'm glad someone is loving the cat, it is a cutie no matter how many ears it has. : )

You are right about that, which is sad.

You can tell by that furball's expression how well loved he is.

haha wow, that would be a really odd thing to find on your kitten, though I would love to have a four eared cat, imagine how your guests would react when they start rubbing your cat's head and they are startled to find that your cat has a whopping double set of ears haha, I don't know how I would react, I would totally think it is cute though. That's really cool though, it's nice to know that the kitten has a good home and is loved! Happy mylotting, and have a great night or day.

He is definitely that. The couple fell in love with Yoda in the dark, it wasn't just his odd looks that got him a home. He pulled a snuggle...
