..I'm working in a private company where I thought I could grow professionally.. However, I have this workmate who always seem to check every step I make.. she always wanted to find fault for me and even make issues against me.. I'm getting fed up already.. Should I transfer to other companies or should I stay. Sometimes, I almost want to slap her because of my anger but I try my best to keep calm and just ignore the things that she's doing. However, I really feel I'm stressed out with her.. What do you suggest for me to do? thank you so much..

hi there raynejasper!
well, there is no such thing as perfect workplace my dear but all that is happening around your company is just one of the many issues that i encounter everyday. but, i never quit girl! you know, a winner never quits and a quitter never wins! keep calm and just ignore this officemate of yours. the very reason why she is probably acting like that is primarily because she is insecure and intimidated on you. don't you dare get affected or else you will lose the battle.
. if given the chance to, try to confront her in private like a closed forum for you both or something to make her aware that you notice her fault finding behavior striken on you. hope my advice works for you!
good luck and God bless!

If you're the one who's really stressed and thought of transferring, then you lost the battle. You gave up on her and the situation. Sometimes, it's really hard, right?
If you have somewhere out there to transfer to, then might as well do it. Good luck.

Hi there raynejasper!
I have been in that situation (and I think I still am). I know how hard it can be and how disappointing it can be. You are right in keeping your cool despite what that person has been doing to you. You know what? You should not leave your work just because of one co-worker who is giving you a hard time. You should prove your worth. Have you tried talking to this person you are referring to? I think you should. Is she your superior? Or is she of the same level as you are? Perhaps you should consider getting a third party to mediate. Maybe your boss or someone from your HR. After extinguishing all other possible means and nothing happens and you really think you can't work with this person in one company, then you can leave the company for good. Good luck to you!

You can report this to your manager. If two employees have issues with one another, they would try to put you in some other team. If they don't do this, then you can start looking for other companies
