Do you snore?

When I was little, I was forced awake by my sister. She was throwing stuffed animals at my face from the top bunk, and when I woke up, she told me to stop snoring. No one has ever complained since, and it has been at least twelve years. I do not think that I snore. I think that sometimes when my allergies get really bad, it may sound like I am, but I do not know. It is only a possibility.

I snore in my sleep when I am very tired. I don't usually know it at night because I fall asleep quickly. I will notice it when I take afternoon naps. I think I noticed it because I am half asleep, I dreamt about what is happening around me and it is usually correct.

My mom told me that when I was younger, I would snore lightly. These are times when I played the whole day. After a long day of work and I am really tired, I would snore too. My boyfriend told me that there are times when he would hear me snoring while we are taking a nap. A friend of mine who is a doctor said that snoring is sometimes caused by stress. She said also that it can be brought about by wrong sleeping position. Well, at least I do not snore aloud.

I do snore to the point that I have woke myself up.

I don't snore. However, when I m stressed/ tired. I will dream. Then I will talk in my sleep. And my husband will tell me about it the next day and laugh about it.
