How strict are you with your child?

Dont worry at all. If you have a son you will notice that your wife pampers him a lot also. Just remeber that a father pampers her Daughter a lot everywhere in this world. My father also pampers me a lot. But, just be careful that you dont spoil her by agreeing to all heer wishes. Act like her friend but become her father also sometimes.

My husband and I love to pamper our son, we give him the toys that he want if we can afford it and buy him the delicious but healthy snacks. We also cuddle him a lot and compliment his actions. Though we do not tolerate his tantrums, we make him understand that he must learn to be responsible for his things (toys, books & clothes) and give him time-outs if he's crying too much.

which you should avoid to pamper your child too much.there is also disadvantage in pampering your child. my daughter is developing her tantrums which if she likes something she just cry out loud just to give what she wants.that is what her grandfather pamper her so much which i don't agree. i kept telling to my daughter in a good way and in understandable manner how i did not pamper her just like her grandfather. it is because not all are nice to look at.
