what is the biggest expense that you have done in a single day?

mine was when i buy a laptop for about 30000 pesos.

hi saivenkaat, my biggest expense.... i am naturally a frugal consumer. i don't usually buy thing unless it's really necessary. my biggest money i spend in a single day is about $ 910. i used it to pay the first installment of my motorbike. well, i know it's not so little amount. but it doesn't mean that may daily expense is around that amount it's just an occasional expense. what about you?

well we did go out yesterday since its a kadayawan festival in our place ..but not really that special though since we often go out in weekends...and we did some shopping since every items on the malls were on sale and having a midnight sale...my two daughters bought some jeans(levis) ....that goes with my son and hubby..well mine i was contended with 2 blouses and a newly set curtains for our living room...plus the weekend groceries stuff..wow..it nearly drained our wallets..i felt that it was christmas due to panic buying of some people too..

Lately there have been a lot of big expenses around here, since we are building our house and buying furniture. I think my counter, custom built, was the most expensive . . . $1,200, but we paid half up front and the rest when it was done, so it was only half that amount per day. Our floor was pricey, too, that was about $400 in one day (estimating here because we paid in quetzales).

I spent around half a lakh on my laptop. :) Thats was the biggest amount I spent in one day. :) Cheers

Well I am a real estate investor and the biggest purchase that I have made in one day was for a house, which was 63,000. at a cash auction.

The biggest expense I ever had at one time was when I got my new tux last year. the tux I got for 650$ it should have been 1400. After I got new shoes and everything the total came to about 1200 which it would have been closer to 25 if I hadn't found such great deals. I guess that is still a lot to spend all at once. But After seeing how great I looked it knew it was all worth it.

Hi ya saivenkaat802003 Well I recently bought a bed for my son which cost me about $500 and I suppose that is the most expensive thing I have bought in one day!!
