Now, i made a paypal account... i dont know why it's asking my credit card number. what if i use my bank account for my premiere paypal account? will it accept my bank account number instead of a credit or debit card number? and if yes, what is my bank code? how can i get one? please help me... then next question, how can i get my earnings from certain sites and withdraw 'em from paypal? can i get it all in cash? or it will remain online for online purchases only???

if you don't have credit card you can leave it blank and continue to you account overview. the card you you must use is debit card to avoid future problem credit card is being used. we are from the same country we are now lucky enough because paypal and all commercial banks can be added to our account so that we can withdraw from from paypal to our banks account. you will be guided by paypal what you were going to do to locate your bank code. this is the link: http://pages.ebay.ph/bankwithdrawal/bank_codes_ph.html

I they are asking your bank account information for verification.I tried to verify my account with a debit card, but not able to complete the process.I think with out a credit card it is not possible to verify our account.

You will find the code in your bank card and I am not using my credit card I just need to enter my bank account number to be verified! You have to transfer your money to your bank accout from paypal if you will receive your payment!

That is for verification purpose my friend. I dont think bank account is accepted for verification. I use EON card of unionbank to be able to be a verified member. You can have it by visiting site of unionbank if you are from Philippines, and enroll in their cyber account (EON). Then i enroll my bank account and there I withdraw my money. Withdrawal to bank account is cheaper in terms of fees. Paypal will not do any harm to your credit card/debit card. hough they will get i think $1 something and will be put in your paypal account for verification. That amount is still yours and you will be able to withdraw that. I hope this information help.

Paypal is asking you for credit card no to verify authenticity of premier user. It has certain limits of transcations for unverified users. That is to prevent scam accounts to start. Also you can use your debit card no for verifying. You can also transfer amount between your bank account and paypal as and when necessary. Some banks will charge transaction fee for these transactions.

paypal accepts any of your debit card or any bank account or credit cards just to verify. they only use it to verify if you have current or active accounts which later on you are going to use if you like to withdraw your earnings with them and have it wired transfer to that account and you can also use it in whatever online purchase that accepts paypal. if you don't like those, you can try moneybooker as well, myLot accepts moneybooker accounts. when you talk about bank code, are you referring to the swift code of your bank account? if so, then you can obtain them or ask your issuing bank about it, and i believe you have to be there on person (some banks) to show some proof of you account in order for you to get it but not sure in your place though. try calling them and check it out.
