Just tonight I spoke with somebody who was bemoaning her weight gain but she's not really that big. I am much bigger and I know that I should go on a diet. I've tried a number of diets already with varying results. One was known as the 3-day diet which of course I wasn't successful because I accept and eat whatever's offered to me. I read about the different kinds of diets but I have yet to find one which will make a difference in me. How about you? What kind of diet have tried and what are those? Were you successful or not and why?

Now that's one thing that I should do...exercise. But when? I don't know.

If you're not sure about when or how much to exercise, start small ^_^ Waiting on a slow website to load? Do a few arm circles or tighten your belly muscles. About to go to bed? Do a few push-ups before hopping between the sheets. Morning? Try a set of crunches before hopping in the shower. Need to get somewhere nearby? Walk instead of drive. There's all kinds of little things you can do in what would otherwise be 'downtime'. Even the little things add up :)

I have tried many diets and always failed...My mom was gone for 3 months and when she came back she had lost tons of weight so I asked her what she did and she told me she used ALLI I was like oh come on diet pills do not work and they make me shaking she said they but this one were the same for her but she swore by it so i went and got some just to see cause it is all natural so I knew it was safe so I tried it and sure enough I am up to 31 pounds and I feel great... So I told my friend and she is up to 22 pounds...I don't know if this is for you but worked for at least three people...Good luck and stay healthy!!!!!

Hi diutay I have been on thousands (well not quite!) of diets and none of them have worked if they have the weight I have lost just goes back on...it is a known fact that you shouldn't diet for this reason and you are depraving your body of calories it needs..all you need to do is cut out the 'junk' food crisps sweets etc eat small amounts during the day and a dinner not just three regular meals and do a bit of exercise swimming walking etc..the weight shoulld then drop of you..I have been doing this for years and I just 'listen' to my body and not the hunger pangs that is just acid in your stomach..a healthy dinner and a small breakfast a snack inbetween them and in the afternoon then tea but not after 6pm as that is when your body starts to turn anything you eat into fat..hope that has helped your friend littleowl

I'll try, little owl. My sedentary lifestyle may be blamed for this but I guess, I really have to control my cravings.
