For a while i was scrolling through some of the discussions here on united and its players which led me to believe that most of the people here are new and think they'll earn quick bucks by posting senseless topics like who's your favouite player in united?, mine is ronnie, rooney, tevez etc. without any strong reason to support it. so how about talking something better. like a club you've liked apart from united. need not necessarily be from england. like mine is bayern munich. i'm a big german fan and most of my favourite german players play for bayern. also, they've qualified for the champions league which means i can see them play as bundes liga matches are not telecasted frequently in india. so, is there any other team you support? and it doesn't mean you dont like united.

Thats true. With the EPL 08-09 season having begun, I hope people start disussing better things. It would be good to learn something about football the great club we all support.

@ rahul_2689, Hey rahul bundesliga and serie A both are telecasted in India on Neo Sports. U can watch all bundesliga and serie A action there. Well apart from Man Utd and Arsenal, I like to watch Inter Milan. Milan are very good strategically, and got top class players like Ibrahimovic, Adriano, Cambiaso, Quaresma etc.

Hello, rahul_2689! You are right about the senseless topics on this interest. There are many discussions on other interests too that repeat themselves or have no basis of discussion... To respond your question about supporting other teams: I am from Romania, and the club I support the most is, obviously, a Romanian club: FC Steaua Bucharest. Steaua is by far the Romanian team that has had the best results over the years: 23 titles and 13 times runner-up in the national league, 20 times winners and 7 times runner-up in the Romanian Cup, 5 times winner and 2 times runner-up in the Romanian Super Cup, Winner (1985-1986), runner-up (1988-1989) ans semi-finalist (1987-1988) of the UEFA Champions Cup, winner (1986) of the UEFA Super Cup, semifinalist (2005-2006) of the UEFA Cup and runners-up (1986) in the Intercontinental Cup. With such honors and considering that Steaua was the best team from Romania when I was growing up (with 3 consecutive presences in the Champions League group stage) it's hard not to support this team. From the foreign teams I also support FC Barcelona, Juventus Torino and Borussia Dortmund.

I agree with you absolutely. This does not only happen in here, but you will find it almost all over where people are asking you what your birthday is, or even what your first name is, all in the quest to earn bucks. Well, coming back to you topic, I am absolute MU fan, but I do fancy watching the local clubs here in Zambia. My other sensation is South African Kaizer Chiefs despite their nose-diving performance lately, and especially bashing from arch-rivals Orlando Pirates.
