Is she too young?

It sounds perfectly normal to me. It sounds like she is teething -- much like human babies do. Don't be upset if you even find a baby kitten tooth or two around. Also, don't be too surprised if you look in her mouth and see a double set of the canines (or fangs). That happened with at least one of my kittens. I looked in her mouth one day and she had two sets of fangs on the bottom. It seems that the new ones came in next to the old ones before the old ones fell out. But they must have eventually fallen out because she doesn't have a double set anymore. Enjoy your kitten.

We went through the same thing with our puppy. All the sudden we were finding teeth all over the house. I was worried because I had never seen that before. I grew up with cats and kittens and then we had had like 4 dogs before this one and I never noticed them losing teeth. My friend works at the vets office and she told me it was normal. They lose their teeth and get adult ones.

Kittens, like children, lose their "baby" teeth and get their adult teeth in between 4-7 months. She may be loosing them early because of the bitting, but it doesn't hurt her any, and her adult teeth will be coming in soon enough - don't worry about her.

I think it probably helps her if she is biting on things. It helps my grandson who is teething, too. He bites on everything including his clothes. I'm sure your kitty will get her grown up teeth soon.
