Many thanks for nicely responding and sharing your personal experiences.Worries are the killers of our mental peace and happiness. We have to maintain a balanced state of mind in response to all kinds of situations,at personal, family and community level. Any attempt to resist a situation or an unsuitable environment aggravates hostility and pain.If one naturally accepts the reality of life and treats all situations with positive spirit and mind, one can get rid of all worries and tensions. Have anice day!!!

Im a natural worrier it seems, meaning I worry about almost everything, Major worries is kids, grandbabies, hubby, my health and money. I do worry about my mom and dad, brother .. well the list goes on. I know that worrying doesnt accomplish lots but I cant seem to help it. I also almost feel I have to worry cause if I dont who well??? My husband worries but not like me so I have to make up for his lack of worry.. LOL! Thankfully I have a good sense of humor to balance it out.

I worry about big and little things. For example, if my class assignments are due really soon and I haven't started anything, then I worry. For a while, at least. But after that, I'll start thinking positive that it's not impossible to complete my assignments before the due date. I also worry if something bad happens to my family when they're far away. My sister's family is in another country now and they had typhoons and earthquakes in that country. I totally worry abou their safety and more so since my sister's kid is only 2 years old. That's why I pray for them everyday. So, my main worries are always about my family, I guess. I do worry about other little, worthless things but then when I think of the more important things in life, I try to brush those unneccessary worries aside! :D

Many thanks for nicely responding and sharing your personal thoughts and experiences.I am greatly concerned about your anxiety. As I said earler, there is no such magic formula that can free you from worries which is highly detrimental to your physical and mental health.Worries are the creations of an unstable, imbalanced and unregulated mindset. No one can change one's mindset unless he/she becomes aware of the absolute realities of life and experiences one's own innerself.Being worried never resolves the problems we encounter in different phase of life, rather it makes one physically and mentally weak. One is to live naturally and make constant practice of maintaining a positive and balanced state of mind in order to get rid of worries.Regular practice of meditation can greatly serve to reduce stress and worries,in every aspect of life. Have a nice day!!
