Obama can make a highlight reel on all of his gaffes, but picking Biden as his VP will require a whole army of spin doctors.
Let us remember the Obama is the first clean and articulate black candidate quote even though both Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton had run for President.
Let us remember back on 6/17/06 when Biden told a reporter that you cannot go into a Delaware 7/11 without hearing accents of Indian-American.
Let us remember when Biden told Sumpreme Court nominee Samual Alito "I hate Princeton".
Let us remember when Biden doubted whether American voters are going to elect a one term, a guy who has served for four years in the Senate.
Let us remember when Biden said "The more people learn about Obama and how they handle the pressure, the more their support will evaporate."
Let us remember when Biden was in Iowa talking about Obama, "Empty slogans will be no match for proven action on caucus night."
Also in Iowa Biden gave us all good advice “When this campaign is over, political slogans like ‘experience’ and ‘change’ will mean absolutely nothing. The next president has to act.”
And if you like McCain's 100 years in Iraq you are going to like Bidens “We must be clear with the American people that we are committing to Iraq for the long haul not just the day after, but the decades after.”

Although I disagrea on a very deeplevel with Biden's ideology, I do respect the man and his work.I also apreciate that he does'nt keep his thoughts to himself either, funny as the results are sometimes. And you know ith out question where he stands. I think if you ask him privately off the record today if Obabma is now qualified, his answer would be a resounding "NO, that's why I'm here"
It's going to be a hillarious campaign this season, I can't WAIT, lol.

What Mr. Biden said about Obama being the first clean and articulate black candidate might not be politicaly correct, but it is true. Both Jackson, and Sharpton have major moral conflicts, and they did not represent the majority of any race, or group of people. The more and more you hear Biden talk, the more and more he reminds you of a Cheney, or an old John McCain (you remember the one that actually had a back bone, and stood up for what he believed in). Biden isn't politcally correct, and doesn't mind saying what is on his mind, that 7/11 comment is probably correct, but what was the forum he was discussing this? I am sure that Bush would say he hated Princeton too, what does that have to do with the price of tea in China? Biden was proven wrong about Obama, and if he didn't think so then he wouldn't be his vice president. Biden's quote on Iraq is how he feels, and you should be happy to hear his vice president feels that way. This will balance out the ticket, when it comes time to pull the troops out, Biden will help make this process smooth, and only do it when the time is right. Speaking of quotes and Iraq, don't you remember the Bush quote: When asked about pulling out US troops, Bush said "Not on my watch". Well, looks like the Bush administration is working on a deal to pull our troops out of Iraq. Looks like the real Human Gaffe Machine has another gaffe to add to his collection. I had to laugh at the title of your attack; Did you know that there is a term used for when any number of peculiar words, phrases, pronunciations, malapropisms, semantic or linguistic errors, and GAFFES are made or used. Do you know what this term is? A Bushism. I believe that your post was about Barack Obama, but your title would indicate that you were speaking of George W. Bush.

Meh, Biden can keep up with McCain's gaffes so Obama doesn't have to, maybeh?
I don't know, it might actually turn out to be good for Obama's campaign just 'cause of Biden's voting record. Continues to demonstrate his willingness to "compromise". Which I'm like, "Augh." but whatever.
