Are all boys are men?

Well boys are men and men are boys. I mean even an executive and a matured man sometimes acted like a boy. A boy sometimes pretend to be a man only to get something that a man wants.
How you will differentiate being a boy to being a man? What your views of this matter.

Yes ozzeth,
I completely agree with your views.
My father sometimes acts childish and I don't know why that my Brother may become mature.
It gets quite difficult to figure out the momentary matureness that keeps coming and going like a toggle switch in a man/boy.
