If a person has genuinely made a mistake then I give a second chance. However if that person was pretending to have made a mistake then that is cheating both on me and on himself and when I discover that was the case then there will be no first chances even! I have given many second chances during my life and made great friends for having done so. I have also been cheated by people 'pretending' to have made a mistake and those people have lost a great friend Happy posting!

I think second chances is good not third and fourth and so on because that would end up you being so (you know what I mean) hehe... its easy to forgive but the thing is its not easy to gain trust again...so for me it still depends on the gravity of mistake done because iv been cheated before but the trust is not that 100%...hope it helps you in some way...

It depends on the person and the situation. All humans make mistakes and are subject to fail each other at some time or another. To err is human. It depends whether the other person is a child or a mature person. It also depends if the mistake is something trivial or not.

yeah you need to give the person second chance cause only than a person can prove himself correct also if the person repeats the mistake it is you who decides to continue with him/her cause its useless giving more than twice the chance to improve
