My Shilo is an Elvis impersonator

Ok so if you scratch Shilo right at the base of her neck she goes into her Elvis act! Her back leg starts to shake then her lip starts to curl back. It is just too cute. I just love to see her do this...and I am not even an Elvis fan....she just looks so darn cute!

We have a Chesapeake Bay Retriever, they are known for their smiling, however, mine does her Elvis imitation too. She 'snarls' up one side of her lip, and the more I giggle and laugh at her doing it, the more she does it lol. When I get home from being gone, all I have to say is 'where is my smilin dog' and she comes running, teeth showing, and just grinning really big.

Oh how sweet. When we come home our "puppy" (she is oly 7 months old but weighs 7 pounds!) Shilo is quivering and wiggling so much that it is all we can do to get through the door lol. She does this even if we were just out in the yard for a few minutes! Shilo is a sweet and very entertaining pup.

Tinker is 3 years old and 80 lbs,lol and she still greets us at the door with her big smiles even if we were only gone for a few minutes. What breed is Shiloh?

Shilo is an Akita. She will be around 100 pounds when full grown. She is just a big love though. A real sweet girl.
