What's wrong with Bux.to? Any idea?

I've been a member of Bux.to for a while now and am close to payout. Suddenly the site stopped opening since last morning and am getting worried if its closed forever. I heard recently before it stopped opening that they were planning to change servers. I hope its true and they get back to work as usual. It seemed like a legitimate site and I was looking forward to my first payout. Any ideas anyone as to what's happened to the site?
