What does a girl seek in a guy?

Hi myLotters,
I am in my puberty age, the age when people start taking more interest in the opposite gender. And whenever I look at a beautiful girl, I found my hormones jumping. So I decided to make a girlfriend. But I was not enough confident to go straight to a girl and talk to her. Another hindrance was that all girls keep chatting in groups, as if no one is 'vacant'. I would never like to be insulted by a girl before a girl's group, so I never took the courage to talk to a girl.
So I wanted to ask, What does a girl see in a guy before she finds him attracting. Is it all about the physical appearance, like wearing branded clothes and all, or is it about being intelligent. What is the first charm of a boy on a girl. Since we have a lot of females at myLot, maybe they can help me. Even males are invited to respond and give me some tips.

One thing that I ask when a guy asks me out is for them to tell me something about myself. I don't want a guy to ask me out simply because he thinks I am pretty. I want him to like me for who I am and what I like about things.
What I look for in a guy is intellect, humor, personality. There are just so many different things that I would look for in a guy, its hard to pin point one thing.

Do not make nervous in front of a girl. especially girl that you like, they will know it and they will think you are a loser, be careful about it my frieind, Just be your self....Only suggest , buddy

It's not all about the physical really. I guess girls like guys who care and listen to them. And most of all, sincerity and trustworthy. But a guy can also atleast make himself look presentable. Girls wouldn't want to hang out with men who stink or untidy and the likes.
But remember that it is always refreshing to see a guy who is true to himself and confident enough to go straight to a girl and talk to her.

usually girls look at the status of the guys.... if the guy answer this three questions:
1. am i secured?
2. those this guy had job?
3. does this guy love me what who and what i am?
thats the things i think girls wants or need to a guy.
