hi friends,
I am pursuing MBA in HR. As you all know with the recession in play, campus placement prospects are not bright. So if anyone can help me in how to find a job off-campus and what are the prospects?
I have done my summer internship from Indian Oil, in Training & Development.
Also if anyone can help me in "how to handle the interviews"?

i dont think, thats a problem, there may be recession and companies are downsizing, but still many new companies are coming up.. and still there are lots and lots of vacancies

Hi dear I am pursuing MBA in HR n i m in 3rd sem and i have same prob like you. are you in orkut because i found a good community there wher many HR related ques presend search on orkut

i know it can be so much difficult to find jobs these days with inflation and companies going to price reduction and intense inflation... i would really suggest u to put up your resume in various job websites such as monster.com and naukri.com
