How do you post a pic when you reply to a discussion?

I am not completely sure my friend but I think you have to have two hundred posts before you can upload images onto discussions and responses,because I think you have to have two hundred posts before you can use emoticons and bold,italics,and underline,and I think you have to have five hundred posts before you can use the copy and paste feature,but I am not completely sure so do not quote me on that.

well you have to reach 500 posts to be able to upload images to your responses you also be able to copy and paste when you reach 500 posts and also in 200 th post you be able to put smileys so you need to write little bit more

yeah you have to have 500 posts before you can post a picture with your postings or comments
