Have You Ever Fed a Bird in Your Hands?

Birds are very evasive. If you get too near for their comfort, they fly away.
I have seen the birds in Paris in movies and they seem to come close to tourists who feed them. Have you been there? Or have you fed any bird (of course other than your pet if you have one
) in your hands?

The last place I worked was near a place that bred Pheasants..Occasionally some of them would get away,and one came by our place and hung around for a while,and we sort of adopted him,calling him "Felix"..He would come right up to us and eat from our hands,He was so tame! I took a photo of Him,and still have it someplace..I must dig it out and scan it..!

i've fed one wild bird in my hand before. it came intoour back yard and let me feed him bread. i was shocked casue usually birds fly away when you get to close.but this bird didnt mind at all

We once had a goose come over to our house, he let us pick him up and everything, it was kind of weird!

Dear friend,
At our place there are lots of pigeons and whenever we feed it many of it come gathering and without hurting it we could catch and and feed it and like that I had caught few and fed in my hand and later it would fly away be it own will. Never try to hurt it and those who had hurt it for once it will never come to them again.

for me yes i did i used to fed my own doves i love them i have had many of them 6 years ago now i left my ex house and have no place for them i'm so sorry for that but they always in my mind great topic dear friend have a nice time .
