uploading images on mylot / myLot

can anybody tell me how to upload image on mylot?do i receive some cent if i upload image here and do i need to post picture only or avatar or both?is it important too how big is picture too(dimenzions)?

You can't post images until the word post images shows up to the left of your discussions. I think that is about when you hit 500. There doesn't seem to be a limit on size. they have to be related to your discussion or response.
