Gmail has grown from the day it was introduced. today according to me it is the NO.1 email service provider with no or little hassles. Do you agree? Do you still want to have emails and folders concept (as in other email services) or have discussions and labels concept (as in Gmail)? Can somebosy beat Gmail if at all?

no doubt, gmail is best. but i think label feature is same as folder feature, and act almost same.

I think that gmail is hands down the most superior email service i have ever had. I have used many of them. The space keeps on growing so i never have to delete anything other than spam. If i do i usaully archive incase i need it for some reason. There is no spam and just a great service in general. -Sawyer

Yes, I do think it's currently the leader. Labels are an improvement on folders--they function like tags. This allows a many-to-many relationship between labels and emails, which gives much more flexibility than the traditional folder structure. I'm sure some web mail service will eventually come around and uproot Gmail from its current position. Competition is inevitable, and I look forward to it as it always brings new innovations.

I prefer the "folder concept", but I kinda got used to the "label concept". GMail is my main e-mail service, and I definitely don't wanna change it: clean, simple, but with interesting tools (like a built-in chat). Finally, I think that, actually, nobody can beat GMail. I still have my old Yahoo e-mail, but it is configured to redirect messages to my GMail, then I don't use it anymore.

I'm not all that impressed with it. I want to put certain mail into my own folders and find I can name new folders but I can't put anything in them. I have gmail for somethings. Others, I'll stick with yahoo.
