When u sign up to a new program do you read the terms and conditions?

When u sing up to a new program or signing up to a new mail account or signing up to a site do you read the terms and conditions? I never read the terms and conditions just clicking the box I agree

I don't really read the terms and conditions before signing up and it has got me in trouble a few times. It is usually a written in a very little fonts and usually very long that it is usually difficult to read. It will some times be discouraging to read also. I think it is deliberate so that people can fall into their trap.
