Yesterday we went for a picnic through the highways. While travelling I found that many vehicle were stopped and were being enquired at the side of the road. My husband said that they were all stopped for rash driving and are charged a fine for that. It really surprised me.I have not been fined for a rash driving till date. So it was a surprise how people could drive so rashly. Have you ever been charged a fine for driving in a rash manner?

Sorry, I had to laugh when I saw it as I was wondering how one would drive on a rash (a skin condition one can get due to for example an allergy to something). You probably meant driving in a hurry or rush such as in rush hour traffic. It's called speeding. And yes, you do get fined, if you get caught driving faster than the posted speed limit. I have never been caught (*knock on wood*)
A lot of people speed, especially around big cities.
