Unlocking My Sagem Phone

I have a SAGEM myX1-2 Trio phone but the SIM card I had trouble accessing the SIM card. I went to my dealer yesterday and got a replacement SIM card but now the phoneis saying that it needs a code. It didn't have a code when I got it -as a Christmas gift. I certainly did not put a code on. I've called customer care -they can't help me.(Or so they claim!) They say I have to go to a dealer and have the phone "flashed" for a charge maybe. I want to use my phone today (Sunday). Any suggestions?
