Is pay2surf a cheat site

Dear friends i think pay2surf is a cheat site,because they are not giving payouts after 30 days period ,even they dont care to answer your feed back mail and their online support is totally cheat ,every time you attempt it will tell our support team is busy only give your message and you know nothing will happen after your message.From the first day i had a doubt but i thought as it is a new site at least it will pay members to be in pTC world,but i was wrong,from some days not a single ad is coming.I can't understand why people cheating ,if you are starting a business before starting think about its pros and cons.

i dont think so...if they are not paying you ten why dont you leave it and search some thing new..

As far as i know this site is not a scam. They really pay members. But for that you will need a verified paypal account. I have talked with their moderator in chat once. And also saw that they are asking to hire people for chat. May be did not got one so they are showing that message.
