Did you all join a work at home site to find MyLot?

I was looking for a typing/data entry at home site, after doing a bit of searching I found my-data-team, joined it thinking it was something completely different and that is how I found MyLot. For everyone who is here, is that how you found this site? Through another pay site or did you find it on your own? I am curious as to whether or not these sites are available to people who only purchase the rights through another site. I really hope that makes sense - I know what I am trying to ask but not sure if it is coming out right.

I joined when there was less than 1,000 people on MyLot. I found the site via e-mail. A friend sent me the link and I joined. I knew what it was before I joined and I enjoy the interaction with people.

I joined this site about two years ago. If I remember right it was some one from another social network that asked to me join. I signed up did about two discussions, and that was it. Then about a month ago I ran a crossed it again (MyLot) went to sign up, and was told I already had an account. I forgot all about it.
