Yes, i did it some time ago. Out of some responses received for one of my discussions which included friends' responses also, i chose this one, even though a two liner, because i thought it conveyed many things in those lines! I hope my friends and other responders will not mind this though they had responded in detail, and respond to my discussions as usual. Do you choose best response like i did?

I have done that before. I think that sometimes a good response can be summed up in only a few lines. I do not pick best response based on the length of the response. I choose mine based on quality in the answers.

Well, when I go in and pick a Best Response for one of my discussions, a lot of the time, I go thru and look them over and find one that best fits what I am looking for. I do not usually mind if it is not one of my friends either, as everyone should be entitled to a Best Response on here even if they just started posting in myLot as well. This is a chance for anyone and everyone to be recognized, and I find it an honor to pick someone.

I think you are warehouse of ideas and knowledge. Really I feel and think that some of the members at my lot so intelligent understandable that they understand the things from the title and are able to comment agreeing or disagreeing in few lines say one or two. Very good I like it.

After all you are liked by your friends why would not they be behind you any thing you do or commit. If you have chosen a two liner there must be some meanings to this. Otherwise how can a descriptive can opt for a non descriptive. Some time you can describe even in few words than writing a whole story. Please comment.

Hi! I also do that sometimes. I also feel quite different if I choose a shorter response over some paragraphs for a best response. What's really important is the content, most especially if what was said was really striking or has a bigger impact. Some paragraph's maybe conveying the same thing while some might just be beating around the bush. I remember my teacher once told my classmate who was complaining about her low grade for her long paperwork "it's the content that's more important. Look at her (my) paper, it's short but it's full of content".
