1. Say if I am friends with someone, and they want to break off the friendship with me. And they delete me. Would they still show up on my friends list?
2. If I get some referrals. And I want to see who is under me. Is there a area to do this?
3. I have no referrals. How did your referrals?

Your first question is strange to read atleast on myLot. Why would someone want to break off a friendship that too here where we want to meet new people. Anyway, coming to your question; if someone deletes you from his/her friend list, they won't appear on your list too (I'm only assuming as this is what happens generally and also its never happened to me anywhere).
2. To view the referrals under you, go to your profile. there you'll find an option to see all your referrals and also how much each referral has earned you.
You can get referrals by inviting your friends or relatives. Also, the most rampant method--spamming(though not advisable).

One of my friends decided his friends list was too large & since they are sorted as they are added, he got tired of looking through his to find whoever he was looking for. He took the time to match up who was responding to his posts & who weren't. If you hadn't responded in a certain period of time, he deleted you. One lady deleted one of her friends because she thought she was a troll who had been harrassing another friend. There are tons of reason people delete friends.

Well with the first question. Some folks think that if they are on your frinds list, it is ok to send them SPAM. I deleted someone for SPAM!
