What Happen To Poststoriches Site?

just for update of posttoriches.. it's back to it's original programming. just so to let ya' know.!! i told you, it will be back soon. no worries at all, eyt? lol

Don't worry, when you see "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded" then that is exactly what it means. The owner of the site paid for a hosting package but the site had too much traffic, or the site was attacked, or the site has a script that "eats" bandwidth... and he run up the bandwidth he has paid for before the end of the month. I don't know about this site you're talking about but it happened with some sites too where I'm a member. When the site is legit it will be back next week (in September). Of course, it has to be a warning for the owner/admin. He has to buy a better (read: more expensive) hosting package and/or move to another/better server. One of my sites did it lately after it was off for "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded"-reason at the end of last month.

Well, if you only reached this message once its nothing to worry about, although the owners of the site should look into getting more bandwith. It simply means that too many people have visited this site for the day, so they are not allowing anyone else to access the site until the next day. It doesn't mean they are gone, it just means that their membership has grown to a point that their site doesn't have the space to accommodate it.

i noticed it already 3 hours ago.. bandwidth limit exceed means, their allocated quota rich the maximum level. to make it simple, you have a computer with a hard drive of let's say 20GB capacity, so every time you use it, it consumes a disc space until such time you reach 20GB (which is impossible) and you can no longer use some of the function of your computer. so that's the same with what happened now with postToriches, they reach already the allocated space intended for the forum. but don't worry about it and i am not worried about it too coa i'm sure they will add more server to handle the site. it happens most of the time when the admin don't expect a huge turn out from members signing in and the number of traffic in the forum as well. we all know that pstToriches is an ever growing forum as well. let's just give them a few days to add more server to handle the traffic in the site.
