do you pick up pennies?

i know that we have all probably thought about this before, i know that i have, whenever you are out somewhere(maybe the parking lot or something like that)and you see a penny or a dime or something like that do you bend down and pick it up or do you just keep on going and not even pay any attention to it, i know that most of the time i have picked it up and sometimes i have left it if i am in a big hurry or its in something(like maybe oil or something like that) i know some people don't like bending over and picking it up but some people don't care, so what about all of you do you pick up a penny when you see it? thanks for taking the time out of your day to read and hopefully reply to my discussion, i hope that you all have a great evening and night and the rest of your week is really good as well...thanks!

I always pick them up even though I know that it isn't much. I find it pretty strange but I still do it.

i don't usually pick up pennies-i leave them for neighborhood kids to find.
if it's a silver coin i'll pick it up though.a penny really isn't worth bothering.

Have you ever noticed that the more effort you give to get the pennies the more opportunities you get to find more and even bigger prizes. I always make every effort to collect and give thanks for it. If you don't stop or don't care you won't receive as many opportunities thus lowering the cash flow through your hands. Not every one believes this so I gladly pick up their pennies. I also think it keeps you keen to noticing other opportunities as well.

I always pick it up, no matter if it is a penny or a dime!!! Its one cent or ten cents more than i had in my purse before i saw it. Money is money to me. No matter what form it is in.

I am a little superstitious in this area lol...You know find a penny pick it up all day long you'll have good luck so I always pick them up now weather or not that works I have no clue. all I know is I am a penny richer than I was before...My hubby and I put all our pennies It this big jar we have and at Christmas time we cash them in one year we had a little over three hundred dollars...That was worth every penny!

Well I always pick up pennies. I will see people throwing them on the ground and I will pick them up. That's how we end up with the little bit of extra change is by me picking up every penny I see. My hubby thinks I'm weired when I do it. He laughs and I look at him and say that it's not funny cause sooner or later "you will have to use it" and sure enough he does have to use them. So look who is laughing now...me cause I'm always right when it comes to the small things like this.

I always pick 'em up. Every little cent -- you never know when you might need it. Especially larger change. And I was always taught to be greatful for every little thing that comes my way, so I think pennies definitely fit that ^_^

Im a picker upper! If I see it I pick it up. I never really looked down until hubby would come home with change and one time even a 10 dollar bill! I cant tell you the things he has found! Therefore Im more apt to look now. I had a friend who asked if it didnt embarrass me. I was like Heck NO! A penny is a penny and bigger is even better!

hmmpp..yes i usually do pick up pennies. Because for me,a million bucks will not be complete without the pennies. It's just the same with life. There are so many things we used to unnoticed and in the end we will end up regretting.

Usually anymore, if it is just a penny, I will leave it there, and not even bother to try picking it up. If it is a nickel, dime or a quarter it depends on where it is if I will try to get it or not. When it is paper money I usually go for it as you never know how much is really there until you grab it as well.
I have severe Arthritis so sometimes it is too painful to reach down, and since it takes so long for pennies to ever amount to much anymore, I feel it is not worth it. But I can remember a time I would have gladly reached down for one knowing it could come in handy someday.

I do if I'm at home, but not always when I'm outside. I only look down when I walk if I'm not in a good mood, or not wearing sun glasses, so I don't always find pennies on the road. If I see it I will I guess, but for sure if it was a loonie or toonie there is bigger chance I will.

I sure do. But sometimes I do leave them there. I will not risk my life to pick up a penny. If the penny is in the toilet or in the sewer than I won't pick it up.

I don't pick them up, I once saw a cartoon in Mad Magazine were a woman made her husband pick up a penny and he hurt his back, so when they went to the doctor and he gave them the bill the guy said don't worry my wife can give you a penny as a down payment, I always remeber that and really my back isn't in such a great shape so I just leave them for some one else.

I have always picked uo pennies everytime I see it and I always say it a lucky peeny, and I put it in a jar so now when I looked at my jar of pennies, the jar is full but I haven't counted ho much I have, I think I have quite a lot of money in the jar now.
