how to become a richer?

I think everybody wants to get rich.But it is not an easy thing.
i read the book Poor dad and rich dad.
It tells me you should grasp these things if you want to get rich:
/*communication*/
communication is the most important skill that you need to grasp.whatever you do,you need to communicate with others.
/*Human Resouces*/
if you are going to get rich,you need to build your team.so you must know human Resources and you need to have enough people working with you.
/*Products*/
Products are the leverage that you can use to get rich.So if you have a good product,then you can sell it and make money.
As a conclusion, you want to get rich, you at least have one of those three.
what is your opinion about this?

I think I'm the first one to render my reply here.
Well, I can totally come to terms with u for those 3 facters above. But in my opinion, there're still other ones you might have missed. It's the strong will against failures. U know, although u have mastered all those critical skills for making deals with others, that don't mean you can succeed once or twice. Life is cruel, it doesn't always go all the way as u wish. Once u fail for the first few times, u should not lose heart. All u need to do is to keep on trying, that's sth we called courage or strong will.

If you have Will power to get and achieve something then You will surely get that Position or thing, but the fact is you need to work for that, Just the Way you can be Rich is to Utilize your Mind, Time and Money in good and Better way towards success, So you will find many way to make your dream come true.
