Want to have white teeth and healthy gums? white fever? You really don't require bleach or fancy dental procedures. Having an extra toothbrush by your nightstand or under your pillow is a good reminder to brush your teeth when you first get out of bed and before you get back in it at night. They sure are the most crucial times..I am saying this because saliva, which keeps cavity causing plaque off teeth dries up at night,so it's best to have all the plaque cleaned off the teeth before you sleep. It is also important to brush first thing in the morning to brush off plaque and bacteria(morning breath!!) Avoid sugary food and remember this formula, sugar+bacteria=plaque, foods that are firm or crisp help clean teeth as they're eaten.Try apples, raw carrots, celery and popcorn. Gargle with apple cider vinegar every morning and then brush as usual. The vinegar helps remove stains, whiten teeth and kill bacteria in your mouth. Eat a yogurt a day(best if you can eat organic, plain, low fat yogurt)your teeth need adequate calcium to remain healthy and strong.make eating non fat yogurt a day part of your routine.Chewing hard foods such as hard candy or ice creates tiny fractures in the enamel of your teeth that, over the years, combine to result in major cracks. Do you prefer white and healthy teeth?

Yes my dear! Who will not prefer white and healthy teeth. We need to really take extra care with our teeth because without them how can we chew or food well. How can we also enjoy our meal if our teeth are not working well. We will only know how much its worth when we are already using dentures. There is nothing better than real teeth in your mouth. And than you roshand. I have apple cider vinegar in my cabinet. I'm gonna take your advise tomorrow morning, surely! And sugary foods, yes I have been trying to avoid although I have a sweet tooth! ha!ha!ha! But I have sacrifice if I really want my teeth forever healthy and white.
