What is more important, personality or looks?

Hi peach personality is the most important thing. And that includes, mannerisms, gestures, wisdom, humor, sincerity, empathy....I feel all these constitutes a true person and looks gets secondary. However, who doesn't want good looks! smiles... So good looks plus good personality is a deadly combination. Good luck!

Personality will win over looks in the long run. Looks are not much, other than looks. A personality will carry you through Life much better than looks.

There is every likelyhood that in the short run the looks would take a dominant position and the person would ignore flaws in personality for looks but in the long run it would be personality that would play the key role in building strong relationship as beauty is not going to last for ever and would fade over the time. The internal beauty would then count.

personality becasue looks faid eventually and when i'm older i want someone i can talk to and have a good time with.

Of course personality is more important, no matter how good looking a person is. Without personality he/she will be the ugliest of all.

hi, for a change, I would prefer both as far as reality is concern, hehe but we feel fortunate if both preference fall into a person that you like though...^^ but looks per se and having a bad personality would be that nice... what my point is we all look at the outside because for me attraction most of the time comes from looks and we all have preference on the way we look on people as far as the saying "Beauty is only in the eye of the beholder" and that's true goodluking for me would not be as goodlooking for you...

I f I will choose looks maybe I'll just get attracted with her and that is all. More on lust!Still I know beauty is very deceiving. But if I will choose personality it's who she is and what she is. It's the attitude of life how she handles it. For me it's more on personality cause looks fades but the personality she will project is a lifetime.As long as I can be me and I could learn from her life, nothing is wrong. i think to only look for handsome men or beautiful women is very shallow. i'd rather be with a man with a great personality and someone than make me laugh. there is so much more to life than looks.

i think personality counts more than looks. there are a lot of good-looking people out there who just play with your feelings and just leave you if they get satisfied. they think too much of themselves like they're kings and queens of the world. they find themselves superior from others that's why they underestimate their fellowmen. if you have a good personality, then people will be proud of you of what you have become.

i think both are important . im not saying looks are more important but u doo gotta have them, oviously u cant b with sumone ur not attracted to . and well personality is important too cuz well u cant irritates each other so much that u cant stand each but i gues spersonality is more important cuz well its last longer and deep down thats wat u love not the look but the inside
