Is drinking coffee healthy?

i love very much .After brakefast i use to drink 2 cups of coffee , at night i drink coffee before i sleep, is drinking coffee healthy?

Hi friend,Too much of caffiene is not good for health as it dehyderates your body.Two or three cups everyday is good for you.Even I love coffee.As soon as I wake up everyday morning I have to have coffee early morning,witnout which I feel very uncomfortable .Again I have one cup in the evening.If you drink coffee before bed time it keeps you fresh and awake,hows it possible for you to get sleep?What you drink is 4 cups everyday,but thats not too much,still you can reduce it to 3 or 2 cups.thanks for sharing.happy mylotting.

Its not a very good to take coffee.But for taking it twice is somewhat good,but i think if you stop drinking coffee is more good than taking it twice.It is not a compulsion for me to take coffee.If it is there i may take otherwise i can live without coffee too. Have a nice day.

I am a coffee addict! I drink at least 2 cups of coffee in the morning at at least 2 cups at night. I have instant coffee always, especially the 3in1 packs. Right now it's 9 p.m. here and I' taking my 5th cup of the day. Before I used to have brewed coffee until I broke the glass pitcher, so I went back to instants. According to recent studies, coffee has natural anti-oxidants which is good for our health. So have a nice cup of coffee..

I guess it's not healthy anymore if it's too much. Every once in a while is okay because it also contains caffeine which is addicting to the body. I've been drinking coffee and it's been a part of me but sometimes I try to minimize it because it kinda has an effect on me if I drink too much like symptoms such as my heart pulpitates from time to time. I think you should also research on the effects of drinking too much coffee so you'd be aware of it disadvantages too.

Yes... based on an article on a blog, coffee helps delays the signs of aging.. like skin wrinkles.. etc etc.. and lol if ur used onto a coffee, you'll find it healthy on ur daily life.. just like mine hehehe.. i always drink coffee at breakfast and even at breaktime on work and at school.. happy mylotting

yes, drinking coffee is healthy since coffee beans are good source of anti-oxidants which fight free radicals in your body, however, the maximum amount of coffee that should be taken in a day would be 2 cups.. it is not good if more than that.. becuase coffee is a stimulant.. it keeps your body always alert and exited even if you already have to rest.. it is not recommended even for pregnant women also since the baby cannot absorb cafffeine.. so coffee is good but in moderate amounts only :-)
