how will i know if my boyfriend do really love me?

me and my boyfriend are now steady for about 1 year and 3 months. but still,i have this feeling of uncertainty i he do really loves me. i know it's bad having no tryst to someone you love but I can't help it. maybe because there are some rumors-bad rumors- about him. and the one who actually tells it to me is my mother. she said that she had been investigating about my boyfriend.huhuhuhuh. i'm confused..
is anybody there who can answer my question?

Listen to your heart not to your mom, in this case. Do you feel that your boyfriend does not love or are you just doubting his love? Maybe he was some playboy when he was not your boyfriend yet and he might have changed. The best thing to do is talk to him and ask him if he does love you 
. Sometimes moms are defensive of their daughters and tell the daughter rumors to stop the girl from falling in love with the boy. You are the only who can answer this question truthfully. We can tell that your boyfriend is good or we can tell you that he's two timing you - but we really do not know the truth. It is you who can find this out yourself. So talk to him and to your mom. Ask your mom the basis as to why she tells you such stuff!

You will feel or know if your boyfriend loves you! Maybe you should talk to him about the rumors so you wouldn't have doubt in your mind! Trust and communication is one of the most important in relationship so I guess the best is talk to him and try to read his body language so you would know if he's telling the truth.
