Do you like working in a call center?

I know call centers here in the Philippines are booming like one big bubble. It gives jobs to jobless and especially to the newly graduates. Though, do you like working in this industry? Does this industry makes us settle for less or just the middle? What about our talents and geniuses? I think the effect of this is it grows in almost all the people's subconscious mind where they will not try to do something or gamble what they dream all their life in exchange for this particular job. Yeah it pays well but for me its just a stepping stone for almost all of us but don't ever trade you career for it just to earn couple of change. We should learn from it and benefit in enhancing our communication skills. Its for some people but not for all.

Well in India, its really painful for most of them work in night shifts. Its really a tough one. Most of my friends miss their day life and night is not as easy to take up and work and do all activities. So most of them work for sake and not with real interest in call center.

No i hate to work in call center. I dont like the call center or this BPO life. In India Call centers and BPO companies has just change the cultural behavior of many youths.

i've worked in a call center before.,yes i like it cause it will really enhance your communications skills and the pay is really good.,but i don't feel like working in a graveyard shift.,cause i am really having a hard time to sleep during daytime.,
