My guinea pigs have eaten my tea!!!! I fed my two guinea pigs early to day, gave them fresh dry food, water and put some lettece in the cage. I had one lettece ileft in the fridge, I took it out gave the pigs the outer leaves and left the rest on the side in the kitchen and then popped out with one of my sons for 10 mins. Got back and hubby had tidied the kitchen and on doing so gave the rest of the lettece to the pigs... he wondered why they didn't come rushnig over for it. RThey had already had grass this mornnig and carrots this afternoon!!!!

My guinea pig eats like he has no stomach. He eats bananas, grass, dry food, chocolate, apples, watermelons and tries to eat pretty much anything else, including cardboard. :)

My babies were very cute and I didn't really want to pass them on to other people, but i had to.

We have had a rest from guinea pigs this year as we got a bit too pigged out with them and the babies. We stil have the hutch in the garden and next year about Easter time we shall get two more piggies as they like to live in pairs. Hopefully my duaghter will take most charge of them with feeding and cleaning them out. I do miss them in the garden as when you opened the back door you could always hear them squeaking as they thought I was always taking them some food

For a minute there I thought you mean TEA as in the beverage! I was going to suggest that you also offer them a slice of lemon or a biscuit to go with it..... But seeing at it is NOT this, what I would suggest is that you sit them down and explain to them that in some South American cultures THEY would actually be the dinner; so it is probably in their best interests from this point forward to NOT eat yours! lol. I reckon this should get the point across!
