i remember certain parts of my childhood, i know that it wasn't that long ago but i remember some things from when i was five or six years old, like my first day of school i remember my mom dropping me off and me not being use to it and crying all day long until i was able to go home and i really hated going to school because i missed my family while i was gone, thats probably the earliest childhood memory that i have other than my uncle letting me sit on his lap and drive up and down the driveway when i was in his jeep, i thought that was about the coolest thing i had ever done at the time, so what about all of you do you remember your childhood, is there a memory that sticks out? thanks for taking the time out of your day to read and hopefully reply to my discussion, i hope that you all have had a great day and continue to have a great day, thanks again for reading!

There are a few things from my early childhood that stand out in my memory. I remember the day my brother and I found some diet pills in someone's trash can and we ate them so my parents and my grandmother took us to the Emergency Room. I can remember being there and waiting forEVER! I remember looking at my little sister sleeping in her crib when I was five and wanting to throw her out of the window. (Don't worry, that thought didn't last long and she and I ended up being very close) I remember going to the Book Mobile when I was in the first or second grade and being disappointed because I couldn't get a book but I found a rabbit on my way back up the block and it turned out to belong to a neighbor who was moving and he said we could keep him. His name was Luke and he was an escape artist so I remember looking for him and catching him many times. We had a neighbor with a ham radio and I remember him and the night we all thought we saw a flying saucer in the sky. I remember my grandmother taking my brother and me to Toys R Us for the first time and I was amazed by the amount of toys all in one place and I remember that my grandfather had a huge car. I also remember my great grandmother who was very old and who would try to hit us kids with her cane so we all knew how close we could get to her chair. Man, I could go on and on!

Oh my, I certainly don't remember things from when I was that young. Or older than that for that matter. All I remember from my childhood days is the bad things. I grew up with an abusive alchoholic and so I had a rotten childhood. But that is okay because I learned from it and learned that I didn't need to treat my kids that way. I used my experiences to become a better mom. So I have to say I only have bad memories from my childhood days and I don;t dwell on them but have learned from them. I refuse to be a victom anymore. Alrighty then, talk to you later my friend, Have a good mylotting day, Chris

Oh well, I remember a whole lot from my childhood. And some really early things, like beeing carried in a baby carriage (sp?) or beeing fed by feeding-bottle. Even being bathed and chewing sponge... and no, I am not retarded, so I had to be really very little baby ;) Such memories are blessing... and curse the same time, if you incline to be nostalgic or depressed, ha ha. Anyway, it is nice to take memory lane and retrospect all the years back...
