How often do u eat in a restaurant?

My calssmate have studied in Canada. He lives in a dormiatry with his roommates. Also, he eats in a restaurant everyday. This is unbelievable! If I were him, I would have already felt tired of the restarant food. So far as I am concerned, many overseas students would like to cook themselves than go to the restaurant? First, it saves money! Additionally, cook it yourself! U can have what it takes. The food will be more nutritious anyway! My classmates is very boring in Canada. However, he is too lazy to cook by himself. How often do u go to the restaurant? Will you get sick of restaurant food?

well eating out as much as you do is not bad especially if you can afford it. in my case, although we can afford it, we do want to save more money for our future plans. and one good way of saving money is by cooking our own food at home. well, my family and my boyfriend actually believe that the food we cook at home tastes a lot better than the ones in restaurants. maybe because we do know how to cook and we learned through our experiences.

We normally love to eat at home and i am proud to say that my family members find food made by me very delicious and wont opt for food outside. However as everybody needs a break we do go out for dinner or lunch at weekends. It is just a change for me from my daily routine and a good family outing too. When we move out for a vacation then surely eating out at the restaurant is the only option as we are not eager to carry our own home made food.

When i was in college, i do eat in restaurants sometimes especially after an examination day. it is sort of a celebration for me. but i usually cook food for myself. i find it cheaper and i can cook it the way i want to. i am not lazy when it comes to cooking. i like cooking so much. it is my passion. this time that i am living with my boyfriend, we do go out and eat in restaurants during special occasions. we both like to eat more at home since we find the food we cook a lot yummier than the ones in the restaurants.

Hi hiddenwing, Well, not all that often. By restaurants, I presume you mean those more expensive eateries where people usually pay more for the ambiance than the food. Though yes, no doubt, I am sure, there are some restaurants that really serve food of a quality to warrant the price charged. I usually eat at restaurants only if I am meeting a friend or friends and when the meetings are not that frequent. That is, if we only meet up once in a while then a restaurant may be where we go. Another time would be for special occasions such as birthday celebrations. If you are instead talking about "restaurants" with inverted commas - like how McDonald's can be considered a restaurant (fast food restaurant) as well, then well, other than the fast food type, we don't have much of them here. They are like a sandwich class between posh restaurants and "cheap" eateries, food courts and the like (and I dare say the prices nowadays are hardly considered reasonable on the low side). How frequent a place is visited is really dependent on how expensive the food there is so you can more or less scale the answer to your question somewhat proportional to that. Cheers!

I am sick to the restaurant food though I often do it. Because they use more oil and cook in a very casual manner and cleanness is a matter of thought. I prefer home cooking. I would rather like to go far a pay guest service where they cook at home and give us what they them self eat. Thant will work.

I like Sushi, Lasagna, Pizza, Steak and Burgers. Whatever the restaurant can make, I can do better at home. I cant see myself paying $50/plate for steak and potatoes that costs $5 at home. On the fly I may grab a Whopper a couple times a month.

I love to eat out and usually do at least once a week. It is just too expensive these days to go often. But when I eat out I like for it to be an event, not a lunch time thing. I prefer to take my lunch to work and have the extra money for an exqusite evening meal!

My husband and I used to go out to eat about once a month, but now, we don't even do that. He likes plain food with little to no spices, so I just prepare our food at home. I can't wait for our ladies bible class to start again next month. We all go out to lunch together once a month. That's one day I don't have to eat my own cooking.

I rarely eat at restaurant. My mom is a good cooker, i love her very much. My mother can cook as nice as a restaurant cooker. So I'm very like her food that she cook. When I eat in restaurant, it because there are invitation from my friends or wedding party from my relatives. So I fell my dinning room is like a restaurant atmostphere for me.

I get sick of restaurant food if I eat at the same restaurant too often. But I usually mix it up so that I don't get sick. I eat at a restaurant maybe once a week or once every other week. Sometimes I'll have fast food, sometimes I'll go somewhere nice, sometimes I'll have chinese food, sometimes I'll have italian food, etc. I keep it very varied so I don't get sick of eating out. It is cheaper to eat in, but sometimes you just don't feel like cooking! But the reason I mostly go out to eat is for social reasons. My group of friends always like to make plans to eat out together.

Well, I ate soup at Panera Bread this morning. I haven't really had any other food out this week. I would say that I normally eat out about 6 times a month, maybe more or less depends on the season.

I eat out 3 times a week every week. We belong to restaurant.com and get $25 gift cards for only $4 to eat at local eatery's around our area. Its great to check out the small restaurants which normally are the best.
