just checked my cholesterol

yesterday night i went to Carrefour shopping with my wife and my little boy.
at the entrance i see sea quill stand for instant check glucose, chloresterol, lipid etc..
i stopped by to get my blood checked for glucose and cholesterol.
and mine is 206. the normal limit 180..
it's a little bit higher than normal..

Dik,
It's better to do medical checkup to get more reliable result. Doing instant check will give you less reliable result. Periodic medical checkup is really important nowadays because our environment become more dirty each day and it effect our health significantly.

thx bro..
i did go to doctors monthly to check on my health..
blood pressure and etc.
i always got vitamins from her.
but i was curious to that machine at carrefour.
and yes i think it's good though.
i bought omega 3 to make blood stream better..
and it works..
