Hi there fellow Mylotters!
Good News!
Yessss!!! I am now paypal verified! meaning the withdrawal limits has been lifted.,i can now make full use of it without worrying about the limits.,hmmm what else ... to tell you on how to do it here's what i did!
I've got My Eon CyberAccount Visa Electron Debit Card in Unionbank last month and i just add it up in my paypal as my "BANK ACCOUNT" ...
For you to get verified using the EON CARD ... here's the step
1. deposit money to your unionbank EON Card ., at least $1.95 or 100php
( the paypal will charge you $1.95 or 90php to your unionbank account, this is just for verification purpose and it will credited back to you once the verification is done ... ) 
2. next is, go to your paypal account, link your eon card number as "DEBIT CARD" ...
if you add it up successfully., you need to wait for your paypal code for you to get the $1.95 back to you.
(just follow the instructions there and you will not get lost ... )
*** how to get the paypal code??? just call the hotline number after 2 to 3 working days and ask your paypal code and EXPUSE Number ...
3. then, after getting your paypal code or expuse number, log in again to your paypal and click the link my debit/credit card and enter the paypal code or expuse number., that's it! you will be prompted that your paypal has been verified!
simple as that! cheers!!!

yes eihdra is right! for you to be able to get your money or to withdraw your money you really need a paypal account.,because that is the payment processor here in mylot.,thanks for responding.,if you do have more question please don't hesitate to ask.,thanks!

1. So how much is the charge? I mean, MyLot transfers funds to PayPal then Paypal to my debit card. How much would it cost?
2. Is it really safe? :)
3. How long before you get your payment?
4. How do you know you will be paid and you have been paid?

hi i called one of their branches this morning, and they said you'll pay 350 when you get the card already, and that's about 2 weeks after you apply

Congratulations on your paypal verification. As for me I have utilized my credit card to verify my paypal. Its almost the same procedure as what you have done using your eon account. well, you can still use your paypal account but you can't withdraw your money., you have to verified it for you to get your money., best of luck!

FYI ., for you to be able to link your eon account in paypal you must at least deposit 200php in unionbank.,then thats the time that you could be able to link it up now in paypal as a debit card.,just enter all the details needed then there is an instruction there you have to wait for the paypal code to be send in your billing or it would be better if you create an EON Card Cyber Account., for you to get the code faster.,the details are there already after a day.,then you have log in back to paypal and enter that code..,then after you key in the paypal code., paypal will give you notification that you are paypal verified.,Ü thats it! simple as that.,just follow everything.,and for sure you will not get lost.,

I just got my eon card from UNION bank a few days back and now that I have read your tips, I guess I still have to deposit some good amount of money in my account (^_^")
Well, I also would like to ask if you have already logged into your EON CyberAccount? If you have, how were you able to fill up one of the mandatory fields upon filling up the User Enrollment Form
I have already my ATM Card Number (would that be the 16 digits across the eye of the EON card?), my name and my birthdate but, I am having trouble on determining my Account Number.
How could I distinguish the ATM Card Number from my Account Number?
Sorry but, I'm just simply at a loss (^_^")

ahm i think the account no. is seperately provided by the bank. call their hotline and ask about it . ;p

hi raty354...if you still dont know it by now, the account number is the 12 digit under your name, the card number is the bold numbers over your name

Congratulations my friend. I also got my eon already. It was so fast. But unfortunately I forgot to deposit some cash in it so right now I haven't verified my paypal account. I think Ill go there next week so I can deposit some money. Thank you and have a great day.

awww...had I read this discussion earlier I would've just verified my paypal with my eon debit card as 'bank account' instead of card. I had verified mine just recently, and I'm actually kind of annoyed that it'll take 5-7 days for the fund to be transferred when you use card.
I'm also actually having a bit of doubt about my verification, I learned from some blog entries that in order to link your paypal to eon, the 12 digit number under your name should be used, but I used the 16 digit number because the verification won't accept the 12 digit, and now I'm not really sure anymore if I'll be able to withdraw my money in paypal in my BPI account. I'll just bear the 200php charge when withdrawing in other local banks because I don't want my withdrawal to take almost one week to be processed. Do you think the 16 vs 12 digit number would affect my withdrawal in my other bank?

hoe important is the expuse number? do you need it before you can be verified? so without it you are still unverified? having troubles withdrawing my money from Paypal because my limits are not yet lifted. When I linked Eon as debit, I received a error saying that my credit card was denied...blah blah...i dont know what to do now, been trying to contact Paypal and Unionbank but I don't receive exact solutions to my queries...will Paypal make 2 small deposits to my bank account before I can have it confirmed or I really have to make the 200 pesos deposit, before I can be verified? please help thanks

i already have EON Card i have PHP 150 deposit for my Paypal... after many days i enrolled it to EON Cyber Account then i waited for many days again to get my confirmation email. Confirmation to get the 4 digits to verified my Paypal Account but NO Union Bank Confirmation came in to my email add Inbox, that's why i decided to call the UB customer service..thanks God they gave my 4 digit code then my PAYPAL is verified yeheeeyyy... but there is one problem Until now i cant Log in into my EON Cyber Account and my Paypal is already activated....the Question is do i need to login in my EON Cyber account to withdraw money from my Paypal Account or I just need to login in my Paypal Account to withdraw money from my EON CARD.... its looks like a riddle..please help me about my problem...
